NOTICE TO ALL VENDORS The sale of any of weaponry including knives, swords, firearm, rifles, ammunition and plastic BB guns are strictly prohibited. Other items prohibited; foul odor releasing novelties such as fart bombs. Food vendors will be inspected by a representative from the U.S. Public Health Service - Indian Health Service. Vendors must comply with regulations and recommendations made by the Health Inspectors, Fair Commission and the Tribe. All persons preparing or handling food MUST have valid official food handlers card and be display at all times. All vendors are required to properly store waste and grey water in appropriate storage containers. Waste water many not be release in an area of the Fairgrounds. The sale of drugs, drug paraphernalia and alcohol is illegal and will not be tolerated. Vendors in violation shall be immediately removed from the Fairgrounds, escorted by Tribal Police off the Fort Apache Indian Reservation. Violators may also be subject to the jurisdiction of the White Mountain Apache Tribe Police and Tribal Court System. If you have concerns or complaints regarding other vendors please contact the Fair Manager or Assistant Manager immediately. Do not approach or harass the other vendors. All vendors are to share water and electrical ports.
 
WAIVER OF LIABILITY: Knowing the risks involved, and in voluntary consideration of being permitted to vend at the above event, I agree and release, indemnify and defend the White Mountain Apache Tribe, the Fair Commission and its officials, employees, agents, volunteers and sponsors against any and all claim(s) which I or any other person including my staff and family may have for any theft of merchandise, loss of revenue, damages, lost items, fires or injuries arising out of or in connection with the 94th Annual WMAT Fair & Rodeo. I further understand that in the event I fail to show up for any reason my deposit for my space will not be refunded. In turn my deposit payment will cover liquidated damages to the Tribe for any unused vendor space. In the event I leave earlier than scheduled for any reason, I will be required to pay the full amount of the cost of my package before I vacate the premises.
 
 
 

After you submit you application please call the Fair &  Rodeo Office at (928) 338-2492 or (480) 616-3085 ask for Cairo to reserve your spot. It is your responsibility to call to make sure we are aware on what space you would like. If the space you chose is not available we will call you back with alternate options. All spaces are on first come first basis.


PAYMENTS/DEPOSITS

Payments can be made in person at the Fair Office at 319 N First St in Whiteriver; or pay by money order.


Deposits must be HALF or 50% of package rate. Deposits are required to reserve your desired space.
